Change to Investigation

CHANGE TO REGULATION AND PROCEDURE APRIL 2009

Complaints no longer have to access stage 2 investigation of their complaint by RQIA in relation to a regulated service.

Complaints which cannot be resolved locally by the Registered Provider and Health and Social Care Trust should now be referred to the Northern Ireland Ombudsman.
