The RQIA carry out an annual unannounced inspection every year to ensure all of our policies and procedures are up-to-date and being implemented accordingly.  The inspector will communicate with staff and service user's to gain a view of services being carried out and implementation of policies and procedures.  All of the inspection reports are published on the RQIA website for the public to view.
